2024 African Conference for Industrial and Applied Mathematics conference underway

JOHANNESBURG – The African Conference for Industrial and Applied Mathematics kicks off today and runs through to 5 October.
Speakers from African, American, European, and Asian universities will drive discussions aimed at promoting economic growth and technological advancement in Africa.
The conference also marks the launch of an African Society for Industrial and Applied Mathematics.
Professor Abdon Atangana, the chairperson of this year’s conference, discussed this with eNCA.
